Welcome to Pack 554! We are a Gold Level Cub Scout Pack in the Coastal District, Bay Area Council, Southern Region of Scouts BSA.
Our Chartered Organization is the American Legion S. Mike Lacy Post 554. Pack 554 typically meets on Monday evenings at 6:00 PM. Most meetings are held at American Legion Post 554 in League City, with occasional outdoor or off-site events.
On the last non-holiday Monday, we typically hold our monthly Pack Meeting.
Cub Scouting is a family program. A parent or guardian should stay during meetings, especially for younger Scouts. Parents are encouraged to participate, help, or even lead!
Siblings are welcome at most events and activities. Many of our pack events are designed to be fun for the whole family.
The Post has a gravel parking lot and grassy parking areas with gravel driving lanes. Be careful not to block someone in. Try to avoid muddy areas when the ground is wet. The Hall entrance is on the side of the gravel lot.
Cell phone reception can be poor inside the Hall.
There are 3 restrooms in the Hall. Safeguarding Youth Training teaches adults and youth should use separate facilities. The 3rd, ‘family restroom’ makes this easier. Parents, please use the ‘family’ restroom and remind the Scouts to use the normal facilities.
There are no water fountains available in the Hall. Remember to bring your water bottle.
