• BSA Health Forms Required:
    • All participants must submit Parts A & B of the BSA Annual Health and Medical Record for Pack events. Download the form here:
      https://filestore.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/680-001_AB.pdf
→ Save an electronic copy to update annually. Please bring a printed copy to events rather than emailing sensitive health information.
    • Part C (the doctor’s signature) is not required as our Cub Scout pack does not have events lasting >72 hours
  • Safeguarding Youth Training (SYT):
    • Required initial 90 minute course with an annual 15 minutes refresher for all registered BSA volunteers. Our Pack requires all adults attending campouts to complete SGY.
    • Take the training at: https://my.scouting.org
